His music and visuals grab your attention immediately when hearing it, and I believe it’s safe to say that 2021 is looking up for Savy. From music to clothing collaborations, he has shown that he is Colorado’s chosen one. Check out our interview below!
Q. As Someone who knows you personally, I have been aware of your music and the fact you were talented. When would you say you noticed making music was your calling?
"I always liked music for my whole life, all types of music. I just started rapping like 3 years ago, people liked my first song and I just kept going."
Q. Who are some musicians that you looked up to or admired from afar?
"My favorite artist growing up were Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, and Lil Herb."
Q. Who is your favorite artist in the city besides yourself bro?
"Besides myself, I fuck with all my niggas from the city, Polo Hilfiger, GM$ic, Loon, Bandman Oso, Nay, Trev, and Lil Mac Diddy as well."
Q. You remixed some throwbacks and popular songs on your long-awaited debut EP "Jackin' 4 Beats" which track would you consider your favorite?
"My favorite from that EP would probably have to be "Deebo", and "No Hoe"."
Q. As a whole how do you feel about the Colorado hip hop community?
"I feel like Colorado really got some good talent out here, we just have to learn to work together. Everybody be hating on each other out here and we ain't gonna get anywhere with that approach. "
Q. I seen you collaborated with the Colorado based clothing brand "Dapper Money" recently, when can we expect that to be public or is that just a 1 of 1 for you and you only?
"The collab should be dropping pretty soon shout out to my lil bro! And nah there will be clothes for everybody interested."
Q. You have a feature with Michigans own RMC Mike how did that come about?
"I Literally ran into RMC Mike at Dorchester downtown lol, tapped in with him and we went to the stu the next day."
